1. JUMP trampoline performance classes

JUMP performance is an after school term program that is designed to help advance your skills on trampolines.
Their coaches all have varying skills and are trained in trampolining, gymnastics, tricks, and of course all are… masters of ‘The Wall’. They will guide you through our level system to achieve your goals and teach you to move like an expert.
Lessons run for one hour and have limited participants per session, so it is advised to book early.
2. North Shore Trampoline Inc

North Shore Trampoline Inc provides two types of classes which are:
Junior Recreational Classes are aimed at children aged 5-12 years old.
These classes are designed to be challenging and fun with a focus on skill development, coordination and fitness. They will have the opportunity to pass Badges as part of the weekly programme. Children will be grouped according to age and ability.
Duration: 1 hour
- Monday – Friday 4:00pm – 5:00pm
- Saturday: 9:00am – 10:00am
- Sunday: 10:00am – 11:00am
Senior Recreational Classes are aimed at 12-16 years olds.
These classes are designed to be challenging and fun with a focus on skill development, coordination and fitness. They cater for all levels from beginners to ex-competitive athletes. Students will have the opportunity to pass Badges as part of the weekly programme.
Class Duration: 1 hour
- Monday – Thursday 4:00pm – 5:00pm
- Saturday: 10:00am – 11:00am
- Sunday: 10:00am – 11:00am
3. Icon Trampoline Club

Icon Trampoline Club Incorporated (ICON) was founded in 1977 with the aim to promote, organise and foster the sport of trampolining. They are New Zealand’s longest established and premiere trampoline club
Their programs are extremely inclusive and they can cater to all ages and abilities. Icon offers both competitive and recreational programs for athletes aged 7 and up. Their recreational classes offer a positive environment to learn trampoline safety, conditioning for fitness & trampoline skills from basics to double somersaults, which are ideal for participants wanting to learn trampoline without the pressure of competition but still with the option to compete if they would like to.
