CCT Lavender Farm in Karaka

Opening Hours: Tuesday – Sunday 8:30am – 16:00pm (both cafe & farm)
CCT lavender has officially become an organic certified lavender farm since 2018 in Karaka in South Auckland, CCT lavender opened to the public in 2020 and charges no entry fee to view it’s beautiful lavender fields.
They are committed to avoiding any chemical pesticides and using organic growing methods to keep a healthy nature.
Lavender Hill Farm in Riverhead
Location: Coatesville Lavender Hill, 11 Beacon Road, Coatesville Auckland, 0793, New Zealand
Lavender Hill is a mixed lavender, olive and lemon farm in Riverhead in North-West Auckland.
They are the only lavender farm Auckland has that offers bed and breakfast accommodation, conferences facilities and stunning locations for wedding photoshoots as well as lavender products and farm tours.
Leafy Hollow in Waiuku

Leafy Hollow is a two acre Garden, Gallery and Lavender Nursery located just 45 minutes from Central Auckland. The lavender garden is open from the end of September until the end of March and during the blooming season there are public hours that give you the chance to wander among the rows of lavender.
The Nursery and Gift Shop are open each weekend during spring and summer.
Lavender Backyard Garden in Hamilton

- Pick Your Own Lavenders: $10 a jar ring of flowers ( please bring your own scissors. We will borrow you a jar for measuring purpose)
Lavender Backyard Garden is located in Newstead in Hamilton where you can pick-your-own lavender (and blueberries) in Summer during the lavender season from December to January.
Alphra Lavender in Te Awamutu, Waikato
Location: 169 Brotherhood Road, RD5, Te Awamutu, New Zealand
Alphra Lavender grows a number of varieties of lavender of which three varieties (Grosso, Pacific Blue & Super) are grown for commercial production of essential oil of lavender and a fourth variety (Impress Purple) which they grow for dried lavender & rubbings.
Their lavender flowers from early December with Pacific Blue and the main Grosso and Super Fields will fully flower from mid December through to late January when they then harvest the lavender to start distilling the lavender oil at the farm.
The lavender gardens are free to stroll during the open season.
Lauren’s Lavender Farm in Taumarunui

Laurens Lavender Farm has 8,000 lavender plants in full bloom from the end of December until early March each year. The old farm house and make-shift horse stables have been converted into a cafe with a deck that overlooks the lavender fields and the river.
