Here’s where to get your fitness fix while gyms are closed this Lockdown.
1. Les Mills – TV
Stream Les Mills right from your TV! These segments were filmed during the March lockdown and are available on TVNZ On Demand. HIIT workouts, CXworks, and more relaxed balance and yoga routines are all covered on TVNZ On Demand.
2. Les Mills – On Demand
Online access to your favorite Les Mills classes. There are more than 800 different workouts to try, and 13 different Les Mills programs to choose from. You can challenge yourself with a variety of classes, such as strength, cardio, HIIT, dance, and yoga/meditation.
3. Sala AKL
There is a range of classes available online at the Sala studio in Auckland. You can choose from a range of classes including yoga, HIIT and kettlebell training.
