It’s time to put on those extra layers, grab your scarf, hat and the thickest coat you own and head down to Hurstmere Rd.
Takapuna Winter Lights is an all-ages free visual light festival. It’s a great celebration which brings people together to enjoy the cooler Auckland nights while also soaking in the festival atmosphere.
There’s plenty of art installations to see here, all vibrant and unique in their own way.
Top tip: Grab a hot chocolate before you start your light show adventure, it’ll keep those mits warm!
